Our sea water source is the crystal-clear Whitesands Bay, St. Davids, Pembrokeshire. Our sea salt is hand harvested.
Our solar evaporated sea salt contains over 80 trace elements. These include: magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and iodine. Each plays an essential role human health. Sea salt also has a lower sodium content compared to table salt and stronger flavour, both due to the trace elements, and so less is needed to season your food.
